Citriburst Finger Lime pearls can best be described as citrus caviar. Juice bursts from the citrus pearls when bitten into with a fresh lemon-lime-grapefruit flavor. Use Citriburst pearls instead of a lemon or lime on seafood, desserts, and cocktails.

We harvest to order. Our produce is harvested and shipped for online orders each Monday - Wednesday every week of the season. Orders placed Wednesday - Sunday, will be harvested and shipped the following week.
